The Track-Tex™ High-Tension System, DFB’s site-installed wall upholstery, is created by a framework of rigid vinyl channels. The exclusive Track-Tex™ Power Lock Jaw assures maximum stretch and hold. Track-Tex is available with 3 different edge details: square, bevel or radius. The system is suitable for individual panels and sewn-seam installations from ½" to 3" thickness.
HT's design allows you to mix accoustical fills, tack surface and wood for reflective requirements and picture hanging. fabric is stretched onto the framework and locked into place. The Power Lock Jaw design, with its slip-proof mechanism, assures lasting fabric tautness and a clean, finished edge. The Track-Tex™ upholstered panel, using ½ inch fiberglass filling and flame-retardant fabric, features a Class "A" flame-spread rating in accordance with the ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test. Results depend on the specific fabric used.

TRACK-TEX™ TS
The Track-Tex™ Tuck System (TS) is site installed and is ideal for grid, railroaded panels and ceiling configurations. A mid wall track incorporates both panels in onhe track for perfect alignment and a cost saving. TS design allows you to mix accoustical fills, tack surface, wood for reflective requirements and picture hanging. Facbics can be retucked for reupholstery.
