FABRIC OPTIONS

DFB’s Track-Tex can be installed as individual panels or as one large panel by sewing together many individual fabric widths. Both applications take advantage of the almost infinite detail possibilities Track-Tex offers. Horizontal, vertical or diagonal panels can be combined with reveals of wood, laminate, fabric, or paint. For total design unity, use Track-Tex on ceilings. Track-Tex ceilings are engineered to integrate with all existing or new fixures.

The non-slip features of the Track-Tex Power Lock Jaws permit the largest selection of fabrics for wall upholstery. For acoustical requirements, the fabric should be acoustically transparent. For display purposes the fabric should be self-healing. Sheers or light fabrics need to be tricot backed or lined, at extra cost. Paperbacked or very heavy fabrics cannot be used. Consult your Track-Tex representative about the appropriateness of selected fabrics. All fabrics are tested prior to contract submittal. Once tested or approved, the fabrics are guaranteed not to sag or lose tension. Depending on the fabric used, a flame-retardant finish or soil repellent treatment can be appled to fabric.
