Volunteers of America has proven to be more than a non profit organization by helping those in need rebuild their lives year after year. The organization has continued to grow, celebrating 122 years of service, and the unveiling of their new NYC headquarters, which consolidates 5 separate locations into one spacious, inviting community. Designed by The Switzer Group, VOA wanted their new space to encourage teamwork and collaboration. In most of the common areas, DFB installed our acoustic Swell panels to ensure maximum sound absorption, while also contributing to the aesthetic of the environment. DFB was pleased to contribute to the development of this new space, manufacturing and installing fabric panels, our decorative concrete wall finish, Vitruv, and manual and motorized shades.
